目的：探讨有下腹部手术史者行输卵管结扎手术时切口位置的选择。方法：将有下腹部手术史的患者中要求行输卵管结扎手术者520例，随机分为观察组和对照组各260例，观察组根据术前检查情况选择原切口或高位切口进腹；对照组选择与原切口平行旁开1.5~2 cm为切口位置。结果：输卵管双侧结扎率观察组91.1‰，对照组83.5‰，观察组高于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；手术时间观察组（23.68±8.13）min，对照组（25.91±11.98）min，对照组高于观察组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：有下腹部手术史者行输卵管结扎手术恰当选择切口位置可缩短手术时间，提高手术成功率。%Objective To discuss the history of abdominal operation under the incision site for tubal ligation operation choice. Method I will be receiving a lower abdominal operation history were required for operation of tubal ligation in 520 cases,were randomly divided into ob-servation group and control group with 260 cases in each group,the observation group selected the original incision skin / subcutaneous fat and longitudinal fascia,or selected high straight incision;the control group selected and the original incision parallel side 1. 5~2 cm incision posi-tion. Results The bilateral tubal ligation rate,was 91. 1‰ in the observation group,that was 83. 5‰ in the control group,there was significant difference between two groups(P <0. 05);operation time of the observation group(23. 68 ± 8. 13)min,the control group(25. 91 ± 11. 98)min,the control group was higher than that of the observation group,the difference between the two groups was Significant(P<0. 05) . Conclusion A history of abdominal operation for tubal ligation operation appropriate selection of incision position can shorten the operation time,improve the success rate of operation.
