超声引导下乳腺微创旋切术与开放手术在治疗乳腺良性肿块中的对比

摘要

目的：对比超声引导乳腺微创旋切术与传统开放性手术治疗乳腺良性肿块的临床疗效。方法：选取收治的乳腺良性肿块120例作为研究对象。根据患者术式分为观察组与对照组，对照组55例接受传统开放性手术切除，观察组65例则在超声引导下行乳腺微创旋切术治疗，比较两组手术治疗安全性以及患者满意度。结果：观察组手术用时、术中出血量、切口愈合时间、瘢痕长度明显小于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；观察组患者治疗满意度、乳房外观满意度明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：超声引导乳腺微创旋切术治疗乳腺良性肿块疗效确切，定位准确，手术安全性高，具有临床应用及推广价值。%Objective To compare the clinical effect of ultrasound guided minimally invasive surgery and traditional open sur-gery in the treatment of benign breast lumps.Method 120 cases of benign breast lumps were selected as the research ob-jects.According to patients with surgery,they were divided into observation group and control group.The control group (55 ca-ses)received traditional open surgical resection,the observation group (65 cases)was under ultrasound guidance downwardbreast minimally invasive rotary resection in the treatment,compared with two group of surgery treatment of safety,and patient satisfaction.Results Observation group operation with surgery,bleeding,wound healing time and length of scar was significantly lessthan that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05);observation group treatment satisfaction,breast appearance satisfaction was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound guided minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of benign breast lumps is accurate,accuratepositioning,high safety,with clinical application and promotion value.
