慢性侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎的CT和MRI表现及诊断价值分析

摘要

目的：探讨慢性侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎的 CT、MRI 表现及其诊断价值。方法：选取50例确诊为慢性侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎的患者进行研究，对其分别进行 CT、MRI 扫描，计算 CT、MRI 对慢性侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎的阳性检出率。结果：CT 的阳性检出率为94％，MRI 的阳性检出率为96％，与病理诊断结果进行比较，差异均无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）。结论：慢性侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎应用 CT、MRI 的诊断准确性均较高，可在临床诊断中推广使用。%Objective To investigate the value of MRI and CT in the diagnosis of chronic invasive fungal sinusi- tis.Method 50 cases of chronic invasive fungal sinusitis patients were selected and taken CT,MRI scanning,the positive rates of CT and MRI with chronic invasive fungal sinusitis were calculated.Results The positive rate of CT was 94%,the positive rate of MRI was 96%,and the differences which compared with the pathological diagnosis were not statistically significant (P >0.05).Conclusion The diagnostic accuracy of CT and MRI in chronic invasive fungal sinusitis are high,can be widely used in clinical diagnosis.
