扩张器治疗瘢痕性秃发及头部皮肤软组织缺损25例疗效分析

摘要

目的：研究25例扩张器治疗瘢痕性秃发及头部皮肤软组织缺损的临床效果。方法：选取接受扩张器修复治疗的瘢痕性秃发或头部皮肤软组织缺损患者25例，统计并记录治疗效果，随访2年。结果：患者皮瓣成活率以及满意度均为100％（25／25）；治疗后感染发生率及血肿总发生率为12.00％（3／25），而感染、毛发缺失均无发生；治疗后无瘢痕性秃发，毛发均正常生长；所有患者皮瓣与创面均Ⅰ期愈合，且创面与瘢痕区域均一次性修复。结论：扩张器治疗瘢痕性秃发及皮肤软组织缺损均有显著疗效，患者满意度高，并有效防止并发症发生。%Objective To study the expander in the treatment of cicatricial alopecia and head skin soft tissue defect in 25 ca-ses of clinical effect and analyzed.Method A retrospective analysis of 25 cases of patients with expander repair cicatricial alope-cia or head skin soft tissue defect,the clinical therapeutic effect,follow up for 2 years.Results The flap survival rate and the de-gree of satisfaction of patients was 100% (25 /25);the incidence of infection and haematoma after treatment were 12.00% (3 /25),and infections,loss of hair were not happen;After treatment no cicatricial alopecia,and hair all normal growth;All patients with skin flap with wound Ⅰ healing,the wound and scars were one -time repaired in.Conclusion Expander in the treatment of cicatricial bald hair and head skin and soft tissure defect has significant curative effect,high patient satisfaction,and to prevent complications.
