Objective To observe the CT characteristics of fungal sinusitis and its diagnostic value.Method 35 cases of sus-pected fungal sinusitis were selected as the study object of the study.Bacterial culture and CT examination were performed in all patients with nasal secretions or nasal sinuses,the results of bacterial culture were the diagnostic criteria,The characteristics of CT diagnosis and the sensitivity and specificity were observed.Results 35 cases of suspected cases by bacteriological examination,e-ventually identified 32 cases of fungal sinusitis patients.The sensitivity and specificity of CT were 90.63% and 66.67%,respec-tively.All the sites were located in the maxillary sinus.32 patients in 24 cases of CT showed sinus sinus changes,28 cases of si-nus openings occur lumpy,punctate or flocculent calcification;all patients with sinus wall bone were changed.Conclusion CT ex-amination has important value for the diagnosis of fungal sinusitis,paranasal sinus and lumps,punctate or flocculent calcification is characterized.%目的：观察霉菌性鼻窦炎的 CT 特征性表现以及其诊断价值。方法：选择疑似霉菌性鼻窦炎的患者35例作为研究对象，所有患者均取鼻腔分泌物或鼻窦冲洗物进行细菌培养及 CT 检查，以细菌培养结果为诊断标准，观察CT 诊断的特征以及灵敏度、特异度。结果：35例疑似病例通过细菌学检查，最终确定为霉菌性鼻窦炎患者32例。CT 检查的灵敏度为90.63％，特异度为66.67％。所有发病部位均位于上颌窦。32例患者中24例 CT 下可见鼻窦窦腔发生改变，28例鼻窦开口处发生团块状、斑点状或云絮状钙化影；所有患者的窦壁骨质均发生改变。结论：CT 检查对于霉菌性鼻窦炎的诊断具有重要价值，而鼻窦团块状、斑点状或云絮状钙化影是其特征性表现。
