丛慧芳教授从“枢机理论”论治经断前后诸证

摘要

TCM believes that the climacteric syndrome is by kidney gradually decline,Tiangui dried up,Chong Ren loss,lack of essence and blood,viscera lost due to moisten,body imbalance of yin and yang. Professor CONG Hui-fang has proposed the cardinal theory on the treatment of the climacteric syndrome. She stressed that“cardinal”is not only to maintain the body qi ascending,descending,exiting and entering the normal key,qi and blood circulation,bal-ance of yin and yang of guarantee. That is the key to the dysfunction of the disease,with treatment by“reconciliating method”,cooperating with psychological counseling at the same time. Clinical curative effect is remarkable. Professor CONG Huifang’s experience in the treatment of climacteric syndrome from the“cardinal theory”is summarized as fol-lows.%中医认为，经断前后诸证是由肾气渐衰、天癸将竭、冲任亏损、精血不足、脏腑失于濡养、阴阳失衡所致。丛慧芳教授提出从“枢机理论”论治经断前后诸证，强调“枢机”不仅是维持机体气机升降出入正常的关键，也是脏腑安和、气血流通、阴阳平衡的保证，其贵在流通与调达。枢机不利是本病的关键所在，治之以“和法”，同时配合心理疏导。
