Objective To study clinical effect on the treatment of stubborn pustular dermatitis with compound Chuanzi recipe extraction oil combined with pricking and cupping.Methods 78 cases of stubborn pustular dermatitis were selected, they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the method of random number table,39 cases of each case.The observation group used compound Chuanzi recipe extraction oil combined with pricking and cupping, the control group used levocetirizine hydrochloride tablets, to observe the clinical efficacy of the two groups. Results After two courses of treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 97.44% (38/39), and the control group was 84.62% (33/39), the observation group was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05); The symptom scores of the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.05), and the decline of the observation group was significantly better than the control group (P<0.05);The quality of life scores of the two groups after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment (P<0.05), and the improvement of the observation group was significantly better than the control group ( P< 0.05). Conclusion Compound Chuanzi recipe extraction oil combined with pricking and cupping to treat stubborn purulent dermatitis, can reconcile qi and blood, warm the meridian and clear the collaterals, strengthen the spirit and dispel evil,and act directly on the lesion site through skin absorption, and play a significant role in the treatment.%目的 探讨复方川紫方萃取油联合刺络拔罐治疗顽固脓包性皮炎的疗效.方法 选取顽固脓包性皮炎患者78例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组各39例,观察组采用复方川紫方萃取油联合刺络拔罐治疗,对照组采用盐酸左西替利嗪片治疗,观察2组临床疗效.结果 治疗2个疗程后,观察组治疗总有效率为97.44%(38/39),对照组为84.62%(33/39),观察组显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组治疗后症状评分较治疗前均有显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组下降水平显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组治疗后生活质量评分较治疗前均有显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组提高水平显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 复方川紫方萃取油联合刺络拔罐治疗顽固脓包性皮炎,能够调和气血、温经通络、扶正祛邪,通过皮肤吸收直接作用于病变部位,起到显著治疗作用.
