碱熔除铁磷酸钼黄光度法测定铁矿石中的五氧化二磷

         

摘要

It is necessary to remove iron ions before color development, because amounts of iron ions influence the determination of phosphorus which is detected through phosphate molybdenum yellow spectrophotometry. In the study, we dissolved the sample into solution after fusing with sodium peroxide and extracting by water, the iron ions is ifltered in the form of precipitation before colorimetric process. This method is simple and efifcient, including better precision and accuracy, the RSD is between 0.82% and 5.02%.%铁矿石中大量铁离子存在会影响磷酸钼黄光度法对试样中磷的测定,在显色之前必须将其出去。因此本实验将试样经过氧化钠溶解,水提取后磷进入溶液,铁离子以沉淀的形式与其分离,从而消除了铁离子在比色过程中的干扰,方法操作简单快速,RSD在0.82%~5.02%之间,具有较好的精密度和准确度。
