阿立哌唑对儿童青少年精神分裂症认知功能的影响

         

摘要

Objective To investigate the effects of aripiprazole treatment on cognitive function in children and adolescent pa-tients with schizophrenia. Methods Twenty-four children and adolescent patients with schizophrenia that received aripiprazole treatment were enrolled in this study. Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale (PANSS) was used to evaluate the psychotic symptoms of patients before and after treatment with aripiprazole for twelve weeks. Trail Making Test-A (TMTA) ,Digit-Symbol Coding Test (DSCT),Hopkins verbal learning test-revised (HVLT-R) and Stroop Color-Word Test (SCWT) were used to evaluate the cognitive function of patients. Results There were significant differences in the results of TMTA,DSCT,HVLT-R and SCWT between pa-tients and healthy controls (P<0.05). After treatment with aripiprazole for 12 weeks,the scores of these cognitive tests were im-proved in patients,and significant differences in the test scores were found between baseline and after treatment with aripiprazole (P<0.05). Conclusion There were significant deficits in processing speed,verbal learning (HVLT-R) and executive function in children and adolescent patients with schizophrenia,and aripiprazole treatment could improve these domains of cognitive function in patients.%目的:探讨阿立哌唑对儿童青少年精神分裂症患者认知功能的影响。方法纳入24例使用阿立哌唑单一治疗的儿童青少年精神分裂症患者,分别于治疗前和治疗12周后采用阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评估患者的精神症状,以连线测试A(TMTA)、数字符号编码测验(DSCT)、霍普金斯词语学习测验修订版(HVLT-R)和Stroop色词测验(SCWT)等认知评估工具进行神经心理测验,并与健康对照人群进行比较。结果儿童青少年精神分裂症患者TMTA、DSCT、BVMT-R和SCWT等认知测试的成绩显著差于健康对照组(P<0.05);经阿立哌唑治疗12周后,患者认知测试成绩均有不同程度的改善,与治疗前相比有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论儿童青少年精神分裂症患者存在信息处理速度、词语学习和工作记忆等方面的认知功能损害,而阿立哌唑对患者的认知功能具有显著改善作用。
