本文通过对江西省崇仁县的水资源量及开发利用现状做典型调查，根据2008～2012年全县总用水量资料进行了用水现状统计，分析了存在问题的原因，提出相应的对策。%Through investigating water resources quantity and the present situation of its development and utilization in Chongren county of Jiangxi province and based on the statistics of water utilization quantity in Chongren county from 2008 to 2012,the cause of existing problems is analyzed. At last,the relevant countermeasures is proposed.
