局部通风机“双三专”供电技术改造

             

摘要

The power supply of triple--specialized transformer(transformer substation) was taken from 6 KV different line. The two fan area was divided into m main fan was allowed to turn on, while the spare f ain fan and spare fan, un an in the standby state. der normal circumstances, only the QBZ--120/1140SF Fan made from photoelectrie transformation principle was designed to control the two fans and realize the automatic switch of main fan and spare fan. Once the main fan stopped running, the spare fan started to work after set delay, Low --voltage power supply of spare fan separated from production supply lines, failure on production supply lines would not affect the local fan, so it greatly improved the supply reliability of the local fan. In order to enable the spare fan in charged standby, the main fan and the spare fan were controlled the wind power latching switch, that is, power latching switch would disconnect power supply as long as one of the two triple--specialized power supply had no power.%三专变压器(变电站)电源,分别取自于采区变电所6kV的不同线号段。两台风机区分为主风机、备用风机,正常情况下只允许开启主风机,备用风机处在备用状态。采用光电式转换原理制造的QBZ-120/1140SF风机专用开关控制两台风机,并由其实现主、备风机的自动切换。一旦主风机停运,备用局扇在经过(设置的)延时后启动。备用风机的低压电源与场子生产供电线路分开,生产供电线路上出现故障就不会影响到局扇。因此,大大提高了局扇供电可靠性。为了备用风机处在带电备用状态,研究应用了主、备用风机同时控制风电闭锁开关,即只要两路三专电源中的一路没有电,电闭锁开关就断开工作面动力电源。
