山南矿探煤巷用耙斗装岩机快速掘进的实践

摘要

Stacking -raking machine is common rock equipment in mines which is generally used in the larger sec-tion of coal excavation in rock roadway .Due to the influence of geological conditions ,rise and roadway alternated in the excavation process in 27401 coal roadway ,Shannan Colliery ,which brought difficulty to the construction . Stacking -raking machine has been successfully applied after practice innovation ,which achieved rapid excava-tion ,greatly reduced the labor intensity of the workers mucking ,improved work results and achieved good re-sults .%耙斗装岩机是煤矿常用的装岩设备，一般应用在断面较大的煤岩巷掘进中，山南矿27401探煤巷受地质条件影响，在掘进过程中上山与平巷交替出现，给施工带来较大的难度，经过实践创新，成功地应用耙斗装岩机实现了快速掘进，大大减轻了工人出碴的劳动强度，提高了工效，取得了较好的效果。
