By analysis of the causes of common malfunctions such as belt deviation ,belt tearing ,broken belt and belt slipping in the running process of the belt conveyor ,the paper introduces the corresponding treatment meth‐ods and measures .%详细分析了皮带运输机在使用过程中出现的皮带跑偏、皮带撕裂、断带和皮带打滑等常见故障发生的原因，并针对性地提出了处理这些故障的方法和措施。
