底板巷一巷两用的回采工作面防火实践

摘要

In the production process at 503 fully -mechanized working face of Shangzhuang Colliery ,the increase of carbon monoxide and temperature occurs at upper corner with hidden hazards to safety production ,resulting from the air flow due to the break-over between the fracture of bedding drilling and the gob in 5023 floor road‐way with One Roadway with Two Purposes .The paper introduces the technological measures of reinforcing the roadway ,controlling the air flow ,grouting with buried pipe at upper corner of working face and grouting with drilling holes in surrounding roadways ,which have eliminated the coal spontaneous ignition at working face and guaranteed the safety production .%尚庄煤矿503综采工作面在生产过程中，上隅角出现CO和温度升高现象，给安全生产带来隐患，通过采取5032底板巷巷道加固、控制其风量，在工作面上隅角埋管注浆和周边巷道进行打眼注浆等技术措施，消除了工作面煤炭自然发火，确保了矿井的安全生产。
