固体充填工艺在综采工作面的应用

摘要

As an effective green mining technology ,comprehensive mechanization solid filling is effective method to solve"T hree unders"mining and achieve continuous development of Coal industry .Aiming at comprehensive mechanization solid filling technique ,the paper first analyzed its mining principle ,technique system and key facili‐ties ,then analyzed its application effect combined with engineering practice .Practice showed that the technique can effectively control ground settlement resulted by mining and improve coal mining rate ,which was helpful for the improvement of economic benefits and environment protection .%综合机械化固体充填作为一种行之有效的绿色开采工艺，是解放＂三下＂压煤，促进煤炭产业持续发展的有效方法。针对综合机械化固体充填工艺，对其开采原理、工艺系统、关键设备进行了分析阐述，并结合工程实践，对应用效果进行分析论述。实践表明综合机械化固体充填工艺能够对由回采导致的地表沉降进行有效控制，提高煤炭采出率，有利于提高矿井经济效益与环境保护。
