基于Nx6．0和VERICUT的数控加工仿真应用

摘要

The simulation of numerical control is the projection of NC process in virtual environment. It offers important data for the analysis of product manufacturing. Base on the NC machining of the specific parts in the laboratory. The whole process of NC machining simulation with VERICUT and NX6.0 is introduced. Tool path simulation and machine simulation can be displayed synchronously. The whole process of phone - electrode processing of CNC simulation of under VERICUT and NX6.0 environment was demonstrated with a typicalexample of complex surface parts machining.%数控仿真是数控加工模拟虚拟环境中的反映，能为产品的可制造性分析提供关键数据。在对手机电极实际零件数控加工的基础上，介绍了以Nx6．0和VERICUT软件相结合作为仿真平台。实现加工刀位轨迹仿真和机床仿真同步实现。结合手机电极的加工实例实现了数控加工仿真的全过程。为复杂曲面零件的生产提供了有力依据。
