平原地区节水型生态灌区评价模型研究与应用

         

摘要

Currently,the nation is vigorously promoting water ecological civilization construction.Water-saving ecological irrigation area construction is an important part of it,which newly appeared and still has a lot of problems.Evaluation of current irrigation area is urgent needed,which will provide scientific bases for irrigation area construction.Because of the complexity of water-saving irrigation,the evaluation process is a multi-factor,multi-level,multi-index system work.Accoding to this character,this paper uses the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to study the water-saving irrigation evaluation model,establishes the evaluation index,and gets evaluation result. The result of the evaluation indicates that the method is reasonable and practical.%目前,国家正在大力推进水生态文明建设,而节水型生态灌区建设作为其重要组成部分,在我国才刚刚起步,经验较少,还存在许多问题,迫切需要对当前灌区进行评价,为节水型生态灌区建设提供较为科学的依据。由于节水型生态灌区系统的复杂性,导致了评价过程将是一个多因素、多层次、多指标的系统工程。针对这个特点,采用模糊层次分析法对节水型生态灌区评价模型进行研究,建立了节水型生态型灌区评价指标体系,并运用模糊层次综合评价模型对灌区进行评价。结果表明,本方法可行,对于平原地区节水型生态灌区建设具有推广价值。
