周期内钢领磨损及对成纱毛羽影响的研究

     

摘要

文章为了探讨钢领在使用周期内磨损对成纱毛羽的影响,在EJM128K- SM型细纱机上同时使用进口钢领和国产钢领进行纺纱,并对这些钢领进行为期9个月的跟踪检测。利用光学图像法对钢领磨损及成纱毛羽影响进行深入分析。结果表明:国产钢领走熟期较长,稳定期时的成纱毛羽和进口钢领的成纱毛羽接近,较早进入衰退期,而进口钢领从9个月的磨损图像上看磨损较少并使得成纱毛羽稳定。%In order to discuss the influences of ring abrasion on yarn hairiness, yarns are spun with imported and domestic rings simultaneously in EJM128K-SM spinning frame. Both imported and domestic rings are kept tracking of test, with yarn hairiness tested and compared in nine months. We make a deep analysis to ring abrasion and its effect on yarn hairiness through optical image method. The result shows that domestic ring takes longer maturing period and the number of yarn hairiness produced by domestic ring is close to imported ring in the stable period. Compared with imported ring, the domestic ring gets into recession earlier, but imported ring has been less abrasion from these pictures and has more stable yam hairiness in the nine months.
