分形涤纶交捻纱织物性能测试与研究

         

摘要

为了指导生产具有良好功能性的分形涤纶产品,文章以分形涤纶和棉为原料,利用环锭纺纱设备和喷气织机开发了JC100/2+30D×100/2+30D 133×7263"府绸织物。通过测试该织物的各项性能,分析研究表明:分形涤纶交捻纱织物具有很多天然纤维和合成纤维的优良特性,不仅保持了天然纤维的柔软、舒适、吸湿、透气的特性,而且分形涤纶处在织物的中间作骨架,充分发挥分形涤纶强度好、挺括、回弹保形性好的特点。%In order to guiding production a good functional fractal polyester textiles,Article using fractal polyester and cotton as raw material, by using ring spinning equipment, and air-jet looms developed JC100/2+30 D×100/2+30 D 133×72 63"poplin fabric. By testing the performance of the fabric, the analysis shows that:fractal cross-twist polyester yarn fabric have many excellent features of natural fibers and synthetic fibers. It not only maintains the natural fiber’s soft, comfortable, moisture, breathable features, but also gives full play to the fractal polyester’s strength, stiff and smooth, and good rebound characteristics of shape-preserving, With the fractal polyester fabric being the middle for skeleton.
