To investigate the efficacy of living preparation of lactobacillus in regulating disturbance of vaginal microbial population in women after delivery. Methods A total of 600 post-partum women at 6 to 8 weeks underwent bacterial vaginosis(BV) screening with Amsel standard. Post-partum BV was diagnosed in 356 cases (174 breast-feeding women and 182 without breast-feeding), who were equally divided into two groups of A (treated with living preparation of lactobacillus) and B(treated with compound metronidazole suppository). The treatment lasted for 10 days and examination was repeaded 7 days later. Another 600 women of childbearing age were taken as the controls (group CX Results The incidence rate of BV in 6 to 8 weeks post-partum women was 59. 33%(356/600), which was significantly higher than 19, 33% (116/600) in group C(F<0.05). The total effectiveness rate of group A was similar to that of group B (92, 70% vs. 92-13%). Conclusion The post-partum women in 6 to 8 weeks after delivery has a higher incidence of BV, Living preparation of lactobacillus can effectively improve the ecological environment of the vagina.%目的 观察乳杆菌活菌胶囊治疗产后细菌性阴道病(BV)的有效性.方法 按Amsel 标准对600例产后6-8周妇女进行BV筛查,将确诊BV的356例产妇(哺乳妇女174例,未哺乳妇女182例)随机分为两组:A组178例,采用定君生胶囊阴道给药治疗;B组178例,采用复方甲硝唑栓阴道给药治疗.均连续用药10d,停药7d后复查.选600名正常育龄妇女为对照组.结果 产后6-8周妇女BV检出率为59.33％(356/600),明显高于对照组的19.33％(116/600)(P＜0.05).A 组治疗BV的总有效率为92.70％,B组为92.13％(P＞0.05).结论 产后6-8周妇女BV发病率较高,乳杆菌活菌胶囊能有效改善阴道内生态环境,安全、有效,易为产妇所接受.
