目的 探讨微小RNA 375(miR 375)与3磷酸肌醇依赖蛋白激酶1(PDK1)在人胰腺癌中的表达及其相关性.方法 实时荧光定量PCR方法检测胰腺癌组织中miR-375和PDK1表达,分析两者的相关性.结果 在人胰腺癌组织中,miR-375表达下调,而PDK1表达上调,两者呈负相关.结论 miR-375在胰腺癌中发挥抑癌基因作用,对其靶基因PDK1具有负性调控作用.%Objective To investigate the expressions of miR-375 and PDK1 in human pancreatic career and analyze their correlation. Methods Quantitative RT-PCR was performed to detect the expressions of miR-375 and PDK1 in pancreatic cancer tissues. The correlation between the expression of miR-375 and that of PDK1 was analyzed. Results In pancreatic cancer tissues,miR-375 expression was downregulated.but PDK1 expression was upregulated. The expression of PDK1 was negatively correlated with that of miR-375. Conclusion miR-375 may act as a tumor suppressor in human pancreatic cancer and negtively regulating its target gene PDK1.
