利用公铁水联运优势打造综合物流园区——以海安县综合物流园区为例

综合物流园区的发展模式有很多种,其中包括依托运输组织枢纽模式、依托交通枢纽模式、依托制造业基地模式。文章以典型的具有依托运输组织枢纽模式和依托交通枢纽双重模式的海安综合物流园为案例,分析如何利用得天独厚的交通优势对物流园区功能布局及空间形态进行布局设计与引导。%Integrated logistics park has a variety of development models,including models based on hub transport organization,relying on transport hub model and on manufacturing base model.In this paper,the typical pattern with a hub based on transport organization and rely on the MSC dual-mode transport hub integrated logistics park as a case,analysis of how to use the unique advantage of the traffic function of the logistics park layout and the layout design of spatial form and guidance.
