铝镁锰合金保温屋面板系统施工技术若干要点

Al-Mg-Mn alloy roof slab with thermal insulating layer,has the advantages as coil production-fixed,easy installation,saving material,moderate structural strength,corrosion resistance and good durabilities.It has become substitute product of roof material.Now It has been more applied in some innational key projects,large span steel structure,rack roofing.This has good effects on the engineering.The construction technology of Al-Mg-Mn alloy roof slab has adopted for the construction of fixing support and waterproofing standing seam.The protection foe roof waterproof and exteriar heat preservation is fairly good.%铝镁锰合金保温屋面板,具有卷材现场加工成型、安装易于弯折、节省材料、结构强度适中等施工优势,具有耐腐蚀、耐久性等性能优点,成为屋面材料的升级替代产品;目前在一些国家重点工程、大跨度钢结构及网架屋面中应用较多,取得了较好工程效果;铝镁锰屋面板系统的施工工艺,采用固定支座无穿透直立锁边施工制作技术,对屋面防水、保温层保护有优良的功能。
