日本图书馆员职业准入制度及对中国的启示

摘要

In Japan, librarian professional admittance system has a history of 100 hundred years and promoted the development of library enterprise greatly in Japan, especially the libraries in universities. To solve the problems existing in the library development in our country, this paper puts forward tactics for the development of it, using Japanese librarian professional access system for reference.%　　图书馆员职业准入制度在日本已有上百年的历史，有力地推动了日本图书馆事业的发展，对日本高校图书馆的发展产生了积极的影响。针对中国高校图书馆发展存在的问题，借鉴日本图书馆馆员准入制度提出了中国高校图书馆的发展策略。
