家长课堂对改善流动儿童免疫规划疫苗接种状况的影响

摘要

目的 探讨家长课堂对流动儿童免疫规划疫苗接种状况的影响.方法 将160例流动儿童家长按建档顺序分为对照组(80例)和试验组(80例),对照组给予常规健康教育,试验组在此基础上开展家长课堂.6个月后测评流动儿童疫苗接种率、实种例数、家长对预防接种知识的认知和接种意愿.结果 家长课堂后,试验组流动儿童疫苗接种率、实种例数明显高于对照组(95.00%比52.50%、76例比42例),疫苗一般知识、接种禁忌证、接种意愿显著优于对照组[(92.12±2.68)比(70.34±2.57)、(94.31±3.01)比(70.91±2.78)、(93.08±1.92)比(71.42±2.02)],差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01).结论 家长课堂能提高流动儿童家长对疫苗接种知识的认知率,提高流动儿童疫苗接种率,有效降低儿童流行病发生率.%Objective To explore the effect of parent classroom on immunization status of floating children.Methods Parents of 160 migrant children were divided into a control group (80 cases) and an experimental group (80 cases) according to the filing order.The control group was given routine health education;in addition,the experimental group carried out parent classroom.Six months later,the vaccination rate,the number of actual vaccination cases,parents' knowledge of vaccination and their willingness to vaccination were evaluated.Results The vaccination rate,the number of actual vaccination cases,the general knowledge of vaccines,the contraindications,and the vaccination willingness were significantly better in the experimental group than in the control group [95.00% vs.52.50%,76 cases vs.42 cases,(92.12±2.68) vs.(70.34±2.57),(94.31±3.01) vs.(70.91±2.78) and (93.08±1.92) vs.(71.42±2.02)],with statistical differences (all P < 0.01).Conclusion Parem classroom can improve the awareness rate of parents of migrant children about vaccination knowledge and the vaccination rate of migrant children,and effectively reduce the incidence of children's epidemic diseases.
