长托宁与阿托品用于老年患者术前全身麻醉的用药观察及对血流动力学的影响

摘要

目的 研究长托宁与阿托品用于老年患者术前全身麻醉的用药效果及对血流动力学的影响.方法 随机选择2016年4月至2018年10月在本院行全身麻醉手术的老年患者100例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各50例.对照组给予阿托品,观察组给予长托宁.对比两组患者苏醒时间、麻醉用药剂量、腺体分泌量、血流动力学指标及不良反应发生率.结果 观察组苏醒时间、麻醉用药剂量及腺体分泌量均少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(均P< 0.05);观察组SBP、DBP低于对照组,HR及SpO2高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(均P< 0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为4.00%,显著低于对照组的24.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 老年患者全身麻醉手术时,给予长托宁使用效果显著,可有效减少麻醉药物用量和术中腺体分泌量,缩短苏醒时间,改善血流动力学指标,减少不良反应发生率,值得临床推广应用.%Objective To study the effects of penehyclidine hydrochloride and atropine on hemodynamics in elderly patients under general anesthesia before operation.Methods 100 elderly patients undergoing general anesthesia at our hospital from April,2016 to October,2018 were randomly divided into a control group (n=50) and an observation group (n=50).The control group was treated with atropine,and the observation group with penehyclidine hydrochloride.The recovery time,dose of anesthetic,glandular secretion,hemodynamic indicators,and adverse reaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results The recovery time,dose of anesthetic,and glandular secretion were lower in the observation group than in the control group,with statistical differences (all P < 0.05).The SBP and DBP were lower and the HR and SpO2 were higher in the observation group than in the control group,with statistical differences (all P < 0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group (4.00% vs.24.00%,P < 0.05).Conclusions Applying penehyclidine hydrochloride in elderly patients under general anesthesia is effective in reducing the dosage of anesthetic and the amount of glandular secretion during operation,shortening the recovery time,improving the hemodynamic indicators,and reducing the incidence of adverse reactions,so it is worth for clinical application and popularization.
