羌活胜风汤加减联合无环鸟苷治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎的临床分析

摘要

目的 探讨羌活胜风汤加减联合无环鸟苷治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎的有效性与临床意义.方法 选取2015年7月至2018年5月本院收治的98例单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎患者,依照不同的治疗药物将其分为对照组(n=49)与试验组(n=49),对照组施以无环鸟苷治疗,试验组施以羌活胜风汤加减联合无环鸟苷治疗,观察两组患者的临床治疗效果、治疗前与治疗1个月后的视力情况及IgG与IgA含量.结果 治疗前两组患者的视力、IgG与IgA含量比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);治疗1个月后,试验组的视力显著改善、IgG与IgA含量明显提升,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P＜0.05);试验组的总有效率明显比对照组高(98.04％比64.71％),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 羌活胜风汤加减联合无环鸟苷治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎具有良好的临床效果.%Objective To investigate the efficacy and clinical significance of Qianghuo Shengfeng decoction combined with acyclovir in the treatment of herpes simplex keratitis.Methods 98 patients with herpes simplex keratitis admitted to our hospital from July 2015 to May 2018 were divided into control group (n=49)and experimental group (n=49) according to different treatment drugs.The control group received acyclovir treatment,and the experimental group received the treatment of Qianghuo Shengfeng decoction and acyclovir.The clinical treatment effect,visual acuity and IgG and IgA content of the two groups before and after treatment were observed.Results Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in visual acuity,IgG and IgA content between the two groups (P＞0.05);after 1 month of treatment,the visual acuity of the experimental group significantly improved,the levels of IgG and IgA significantly increased,with statistically significant differences between the two groups (P＜0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (98.04％ vs.64.71％),with statistically significant difference between the two groups (P＜0.05).Conclusion The combination of Qianghuo Shengfeng decoction and acyclovir has a good clinical effect in the treatment of herpes simplex keratitis.
