Objective To study the efficacy and safety of self-made wrist restraint band for patients during recovery period after general anesthesia. Methods The data of 103 patients during recovery period after general anesthesia from May, 2016 to May, 2018 were retrospectively analyzed. According to their preoperative nursing wishes, the patients were divided into a study group (n = 52) and a control group (n = 51). The control group adopted a traditional restraint band, and the study group a self-made modified wrist restraint band. The complications, unsafe events, and satisfaction of medical staff were compared between the two groups. Results The incidences of complications and unsafe events were 3.85％ and 9.92％ in the study group, and were 19.61％and 49.02％ in the control group, respectively, with statistical differences (both P < 0.05). The satisfaction scores convenience and work efficiency were (3.95±0.36) and (4.78±0.51) in the study group, and were (1.17±0.28) and (1.55±0.59) in the control group, respectively, with statistical differences (both P < 0.05). Conclusion During the recovery period after general anesthesia, self-made wrist restraint band can effectively avoid the occurrence of unsafe events and complications, and increase the patients' comfort and satisfaction to the medical staff, and is safe and effective, so it is worth being clinically generalized.%目的 分析自制腕式约束带对全麻术后麻醉恢复期患者有效性和安全性研究.方法 回顾性分析2016年5月至2018年5月103例全麻术后麻醉恢复期患者资料,根据术前护理意愿分为研究组(n=52)和对照组(n=51),对照组采取传统约束带,研究组采取自制改良腕式约束带,比较两组约束带并发症、不安全事件及医务人员使用满意度.结果 研究组约束带并发症与不安全事件发生率分别为3.85％、9.92％,对照组分别为19.61％、49.02％,两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);研究组医务人员对使用方便、工作效率的满意度评分分别为(3.95±0.36)分、(4.78±0.51)分,对照组分别为(1.17±0.28)分、(1.55±0.59)分,研究组明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05).结论 全麻术后麻醉恢复期应用自制改良腕式约束带可有效避免不安全事件和约束带并发症的发生率,增加患者舒适度和对医务人员满意度,应用有效性和安全性值得临床大力推广.
