气管切开病人的护理分析

摘要

Objective To assess the care and use of standardized measures to prevent the complications of tracheotomy,improve the quality of care and safety.Methods Patients were evaluated according to timing of assessment in different local tracheotomy,the general condition and other risk factors, and given specific care.Resalts The results appeared in 60 cases of patients with airway mucosal vascular injury,2 cases with hloody sputum,58 patients were extubated within 7-118 days after successful extubation. 2 cases of death died because of their primary disease.Conclusions The care of tracheotomy standardized assessment is the prevention of complications of tracheotomy,can be the effective measures in favor of early detection of problems and eliminate the occurrence of serious complications.%目的 采用规范化评估护理的方法预防气管切开的并发症,提高综合护理的质量和安全性.方法 根据患者的病情在不同时期评估气管切开的局部、患者全身情况及其他高危因素.并给予针对性的护理.结果 60例病人中出现气道黏膜血管损伤、痰中带血2例,58例患者在术后7～118天内顺利拔管.死亡2例,均死于各自的原发病.结论 对气管切开病人进行规范化评估护理是预防气管切开并发症的有效措施,有利于及早发现隐患,杜绝严重并发症的发生.
