中草药浸泡治疗化疗相关性手足综合征的疗效观察

摘要

目的 观察中草药浸泡治疗化疗相关性手足综合征的疗效.方法 接受希罗达化疗的癌症患者31人,其在化疗过程中出现手足综合征共83次(同一患者重复出现此症状),按照其症状出现次数随机分为中药组与对照组进行治疗,比较患者手足综合征毒性降级的时间.结果 中药组经中草药浸泡治疗后,手足综合征降级的平均时间较对照组缩短1.6天,有显著性差异(P＜0.05).结论 中草药浸泡治疗化疗相关性手足综合症,改善了化疗患者的生活质量,提高了患者对化疗的耐受性.%Objective To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medical drug soaking on chemo-therapy related hand-foot syndrome.Methods Of the total 31 patients treated by Xeleda,81 man-time suffered hand-foot syndrome.The patients of equal grade were divided into two groups randomly.The syndrome downgrading time between two groups were compared.Results Compared with control group,the downgrading time of the experimental group treated by traditional Chinese medical drug soaking shortened1.6days.The difference was statistical significance (P
