3种药物组合方案治疗小儿肺炎的成本-效果分析

摘要

Objective To investigate the cost-effectiveness rates of three schemes in treating children pneumonia.Methods Three schemes in treating pneumonia of 96 children were analyzed by the cost-effectiveness for clinical treatment.Results The total effective rates were 90.63%in A group,87.50%in B group,81.25%in C group,and there was no difference in three groups(P>O.05).The adverse effect rates were 3.13%in A group,6.25%in B group,6.25%in C group,and there was no difference in three groups(P>0.05).The C/E and △C/△ E of C group was lowest in three groups.Conclusions The C schemes in treating children pneumonia was the ideal therapeutic schemes.%目的 探讨3种方案治疗小儿肺炎的成本-效果比率,为临床治疗提供依据.方法 对2007年1月～2008年1月间住院的96例小儿肺炎采用的3种治疗方案进行成本一效果分析.结果 A组总有效率为90.63%,B组总有效率为87.50%,C组总有效率为81.25%,3组总有效率比较差异无统计学意叉(P＞0.05);不良反应发生率A组为3.13%,B组为6.25%,C组为6.25%,3组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);C组C/E、△C/△E为3组中最低.结论 C组方案为较佳治疗方案.
