剖宫产手术技巧分析

摘要

Objective To explore the surgical skills of Cesarean section. Methods The clinical data on 2390 women who had undergone Cesarean section during the period of January 2009 to January 2010 were retrospectively analyzed. Results Three of the women developed serious complications because the doctor had less experince and did not master enough surgical skills. One woman occurred hemtoma behind bladder because of lack of surgical experience but was cured. Clavicle fracture occurred in one neonate becuase of the scarred uterus in a horizontal position and premature rupture offetal membranes.One woman developed bleeding of 3500 ml because of the uterine incision dehisced of her uterus and was cured later. Except for these three women, all the women had less surgical bleeding, shorter hospital stay,and wound healing by first intention. Conclusions Surgical skills must be mastered to reduce the surgical complications.%目的 探讨剖宫产术中的手术技巧.方法 回顾分析2009年1月-2010年1月剖宫产共2390人临床资料.结果 其中有3例病人因医生经验少,手术中遇到问题慌乱处理,没有掌握手术技巧造成严重并发症.1例因临床经验不足造成膀胱后血肿,给予血肿切开缝合后经治疗痊愈,1例因瘢痕子宫、横位、胎膜早破而造成新生儿锁骨骨折,1例因子宫切口延裂出血3500 ml,行缝合及术后加强抗炎治疗后痊愈出院.其余病人手术出血少,住院时间短,切口甲级愈合.结论 掌握手术技巧,减少手术并发症.
