目的 对34例妊娠期糖尿病孕妇羊膜腔穿刺的护理观察,总结术前、术中及术后护理对减少手术并发症和提高手术成功率的影响.方法 在超声羊水定位条件下,通过对34例妊娠期糖尿病孕妇羊膜腔穿刺术的操作,分析探讨临床手术中应注意的问题,术前心理护理对手术的影响.结果 由于方法得当,接受羊膜腔穿刺的34例孕女1均顺利完成手术,无一例发生手术并发症.结论 在穿刺术前、术中、术后进行严密的观察和护理可减少并发症的发生,是提高穿刺术成功的重要环节.%Objective Take 34 cases of amniotic puncture in pregnant women with gesta-tional diabetes mellitus for nursing observation, concluding preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative care to reduce surgical complications and improve surgical success rates.
