多西紫杉醇联合顺铂及5-氟脲嘧啶治疗晚期胃癌的疗效观察

摘要

目的 探讨DCF方案治疗晚期胃癌的临床疗效.方法 将58例晚期胃癌患者分成观察组和对照组,观察组给予多西紫杉醇联合顺铂及5-氟脲嘧啶治疗方案,对照组给予顺铂治疗,观察两组患者近期疗效及毒副反应情况.结果观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组的(P＜0.05);观察组白细胞减少及腹泻的发生率高于对照组的(P＜0.05).结论 多西紫杉醇联合顺铂、5-氟脲嘧啶治疗晚期胃癌疗效显著.%Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Docetaxel combined with cisplatin and 5-Fluorouracil(DCF)scheme in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer.Methods 58 cases of advanced gastric cancer were divided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group was treated with DCF Scheme,while the control group treated with cisplatin.The recent efficacy,toxic and adverse effects of both groups were observed.Results The ORR of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P＜ 0.05).As for the observation group,the incidence of leucopenia and diarrhea was higher than that of the control group(P＜ 0.05).Conclusion DCF Scheme is effective in treatment of advanced gastric cancer.
