大型设备CT成本效益分析

摘要

Objective To analyze the utilizations of two CT machines in a general hospital.Methods Assessed the economic indicators using cost-benefit analysis.Results These two CT ma-chines achieved good investment returns,with a shorter cycle of cost recovery of 0.64 year.The annualutilization rate of the CT machines was 6.16 times of the minimum necessary utilization rate for cost recovery..Conclusions With good and effective management,the durability of CT machines can be effectivelyprolonged.%目的 分析研究综合性医院2台CT成本效益运作情况.方法 用成本效益比较法对经济学评价指标进行分析.结果 2台CT投资效益较好,成本回收周期较短为0.64年,年服务量是保本服务量的6.16倍.结论 科学有效管理,提高大型设备的完好率.
