子宫肌瘤经动脉栓塞术疼痛护理

摘要

Objective To summarize the pain nursing measures for the patients after the uterine leiomyoma undergoing embolization of uterine arteries.Methods The suggestion therapy was performed in 82 patients who felt pain after being taken the symptomatic uterine leiomyoma.Pain rating scale evaluation of the degree of pain was used in these patients.We also used the suggestion therapy to explain to patients accurately in time how to avoid patients' feeling nervous and heavy burden.The result of taking away pain was very effective.Results The 82 patients had perfect effects in taking away pain with smooth and intensive nursing.Conclusion By analyzing the patients' pain courses and psychological status,the comprehensive nursing and pain nursing measures was one of the key factors to reduce pain for the patients with uterine leiomyoma undergoing embolization of uterine arteries.%目的 总结子宫肌瘤经动脉栓塞术疼痛的护理措施.方法 采用视觉模拟疼痛评分表评价术后82例患者疼痛程度,按疼痛评分情况采用暗示疗法、向患者解释清楚疼痛原因、使用镇痛药物等措施.结果 术后12h、24h、48 h、72 h疼痛评分10分分别为5、8、4、1例.结论 通过了解疼痛原因,分析不同患者疼痛原因和心理状况,实施全方位护理方法和疼痛处理是减轻经皮子宫动脉栓塞术治疗子宫肌瘤患者疼痛的关键因素之一.
