点按人迎穴配合颈椎牵引治疗交感型颈椎病的效果观察

摘要

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of clicking Renying point combined with cervical traction in the treatment of sympathetic cervical spondylosis.Methods 57 cases of sympathetic cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into observation group (29 cases) and control group (28 cases).Observation group continued clicking Renying point,alternating sides,about 5 minutes on each side,a total of 10 min,1 time/d,l0 times as a course of three treatments; cervical traction 1 time/d,20 min each time,10 times as a course of three treatments.Control group received cervical traction,with the same method as observation group.Efficacy evaluation before and 3 courses after treatment,follow-up of recurrence 1 year after treatment were compared between two groups.Results There was statistically significant difference in CASCS score before and after treatment in observation group and between two groups after treatment (t=13.793 6,5.132 7; P ＜ 0.01).The total efficiency of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group (93.1％ vs.67.9％),1-year recurrence rate was significantly lower than that of control group (13.8％ vs.42.9％),with statistically significant differences between two groups (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Clicking Renying point combined with cervical traction in the treatment of sympathetic cervical spondylosis has a good effect.%目的 观察点按人迎穴配合颈椎牵引治疗交感型颈椎病的临床疗效.方法 将选入的57例交感型颈椎病患者,随机分为观察组29例和对照组28例.观察组持续点按人迎穴,两侧交替进行,每侧约5 min,共10 min,1次/d,10次为1疗程,共3个疗程;配合颈椎牵引1次、d,每次20 min,10次为1疗程,共3个疗程.对照组给予颈椎牵引,方法同观察组.治疗前及治疗3疗程后进行疗效评定,并随访1年后观察复发情况.结果 观察组治疗前后CASCS评分比较(t=13.793 6),治疗后两组比较(t=5.1327)差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01);观察组总有效率(93.1％)明显高于对照组(67.9％),1年后复发率(13.8％)明显低于对照组(42.9％),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 点按人迎穴配合颈椎牵引治疗交感型颈椎病有较好的效果.
