肠造口术前定位对患者术后生活质量的影响

摘要

Objective To explore the effect of intestinal ostomy on patients' complications and life quality after operation.Methods We selected 60 patients among those who were in hospital and accepted intestinal ostomy from January to December 2013.Then we randomly divided them into two groups-experimental group and control group.The position of intestinal ostomy on patients' body in control group was decided by doctor during the operation after anesthesia while that on patients' body group in experimental group was determined by doctors,professional nurses and patients together.We compared these two groups for the differences in aspects of infection,complications happening rate,patients' self-care ability and life quality.Results The happening rate of complication in experimental group was obviously lower than that in control group and patients' self-care ability in experimental group was stronger than that in control group.Conclusion Locating the position of intestinal ostomy can decrease the happening rate of complication and improve patients' self-care ability and life quality after operation.%目的 探讨肠造口术前定位对患者术后并发症及生活质量的影响.方法 选择2013年1月至12月在我院住院行肠造口手术患者60例,随机分为实验组和对照组各30例.对照组肠造口位置由手术医生在手术室患者麻醉后术中定位;实验组肠造口位置在术前由手术医生、经过肠造口专业培训的肠造口专科护士及患者一起作肠造口定位标志.比较两组术后切口感染、造口旁疝、造口凹陷、造口粪漏等并发症的发生率及患者术后自我护理能力以及生活质量.结果 实验组切口感染、造口旁疝、造口凹陷、造口粪漏的发生率明显低于对照组(10.00％ vs.33.33％),自我护理能力比对照组显著提高(100.00％ vs.83.33％).结论 肠造口术前定位能降低患者肠造口术后并发症的发生率,提高患者日后长远的自我护理效果及术后生活质量.
