两种护肝药物治疗抗结核药致肝损害的效果比较

摘要

目的 观察比较两种护肝药物治疗抗结核药物致肝损害的效果.方法 选择住院及门诊确诊为抗结核药物性肝损害患者120例,随机分成治疗组和对照组各60例,治疗组口服益肝灵滴丸,对照组口服葡醛内酯片治疗.结果 治疗组ALT、AST和TBIL复常时间明显短于对照组.治疗组总有效率为93.3％(56/60),对照组总有效率为65.0％(39/60),治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(x2=14.60,P＜0.01).结论 益肝灵滴丸对抗结核药物性肝损害有较好疗效,特别降酶效果显著,毒副作用小且易于耐受,安全性良好,值得临床推广应用.%Objective To observe the effect of two kinds of protective liver medicine in treatment for liver damage caused by tuberculosis.Methods 120 cases diagnosed as tuberculosis with liver damage caused by tuberculosis were selected from our hospital,and were randomly divided into treatment group and control group (n=60),the treatment group was treated with Yiganling Dripping Pill,the control group was treated by Glucurolactone.Results After comparison of the efficacy of the treatment medicamentous liver injury,ALT,AST and TBIL in the treatment group after regular time were significantly shorter than those of the control group,the total effective rate in treatment group was 93.3％ (56/60),while that in control group was 65.0％ (39/60),showing statistically significant difference (x 2=14.60,P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion Yiganling pills therapy has good effect on anti-tuberculosis drug-induced liver,particularly providing siginficant effect in reducing enzyme activity,with less side effect and well tolerated,good security,which is worthy for clinical application.
