“桥梁文化”在手术室创优质服务活动中的应用探讨

摘要

目的 探索适合手术室护理专科特色的优质护理服务实践方法与效果.方法 开展以“爱心桥、理解桥、方便桥、协作桥、彩虹桥”为服务特色的“桥梁”服务活动,把“桥梁文化”服务理念与服务标准贯彻落实于各护理环节工作中,活动前后结果满意度均值采用t检验.结果 实施前后患者及医生的满意度、护理人员职业认同度、护理质量及护理综合素质比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 开展“桥梁文化”服务既可提高患者及医生的满意度和护理质量,又可提高护理人员的综合素质和职业认同度.%Objective To explore the method of high quality nursing service suitable for nursing characteristics in operation room and its effect.Methods Carried out "bridge" service activities with service characteristics of "love bridge,understanding bridge,convenience bridge,cooperation bridge,rainbow bridge",applied "bridge culture" service concept and standards to nursing work.Compared nursing satisfaction before and after the activity with t test.Result There were statistically significant differences in satisfaction of doctors and patients,occupation identity of nursing staff,nursing quality and comprehensive quality of nurses before and after the activity (P<0.05).Conclusion "Bridge culture" service can improve satisfaction of doctors and patients,nursing quality,and occupation identity and comprehensive quality of nursing staff.
