Objective To explore the application of quality control circle (QCC) activity in the daily life ability training of patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods 312 cases of cerebral hemorrhage from 2014 to 2015 in neurosurgery of our hospital were selected as the research object.QCC activity group was founded in our department in January 2015.148 cases of cerebral hemorrhage in 2014 were selected as control group,and 164 cases of cerebral hemorrhage in 2015 were selected as experimental group.Patients in control group were treated with routine training,while patients in experimental group were treated with QCC activity for the training of daily living activity.The score of daily life ability and patients' satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The score of daily living activity of the patients in experimental group was significantly higher than that of the patients in control group,with statistically significant difference (P＜0.05).Patients' satisfaction of experimental group was 98.78％,significantly higher than 81.08％ of control group,with statistically significant difference (P＜0.05).Conclusions QCC activity not only improves the daily life ability and satisfaction of patients with cerebral hemorrhage,but also improves the working mode of nurses,and strengthens the communication and cooperation between doctors and nurses.%目的 探讨品管圈活动在脑出血患者日常生活能力训练中的应用.方法 选择2014年至2015年本院神经外科收治的312例脑出血患者作为研究对象,本科于2015年1月科室成立了品管圈活动小组,将2014年收治的148例脑出血患者作为对照组,将2015年收治的164例脑出血患者作为实验组.对照组患者采用常规训练方法,实验组患者采用品管圈活动进行日常生活能力训练.比较两组患者日常生活能力评分和住院满意度.结果 实验组患者治疗后日常生活能力评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).实验组的住院满意度98.78％,高于对照组的81.08％,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 品管圈活动既提高了脑出血患者的日常生活能力及住院满意度,也改进了护士的工作模式,并加强了医护与科室之间沟通合作.
