针刺、推拿联合治疗偏头痛的疗效分析

摘要

目的 观察针刺与推拿联合治疗偏头痛的治疗效果,为临床实践提供参考依据.方法 收集68例偏头痛患者作为临床研究对象,并将其随机划分为中医治疗组与西医治疗组,每组34例,根据分组对中医治疗组采用针刺与推拿联合的方式进行治疗,对西医治疗组予以罗通定与西比灵进行治疗.结果 中医治疗组的治疗总有效率为94.12％,显著高于西医治疗组的82.35％,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).中医治疗组在治疗过程当中的不良反应发生率为2.94％,明显低于西医治疗组的17.64％,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 相比于西医用药治疗而言,采用针刺与推拿联合的中医治疗方式治疗偏头痛,可以提高治疗效果,降低患者不良反应发生率,值得加强临床推广与实践.%Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with massage in the treatment of migraine,provide a reference basis for clinical practice.Methods 68 patients with migraine were collected as clinical study object,and randomly divided into western medicine treatment group and traditional Chinese medicine treatment group,34 cases in each group.According to the grouping,TCM treatment group was treated by acupuncture and massage,while western medicine treatment group was treated with rotundine and flunarizine.Results The total effective rate of TCM treatment group was significantly higher than that of western medicine treatment group (94.11％ vs.82.35％),the incidence of adverse reactions during the treatment of TCM treatment group was significantly lower than that of western medicine treatment group (2.94％ vs.17.64％),with statistically significant differences between two groups (P＜0.05).Conclusion Compared with western medicine therapy,acupuncture combined with massage in the treatment of migraine can improve the treatment effect,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,worthy of clinical promotion.
