儿童新型隐球菌脑膜炎误诊一例并文献复习

摘要

新型隐球菌脑膜炎(cryptococcal meningitis,CM)发病隐匿,病程缓慢,临床表现不典型,病原检测阳性率低,发病早期常常误诊或漏诊,临床医生应加强对本病的认识,提高本病的诊治水平.%Cryptococcal meningitis(CM) characterizes occult onset,slow progression,non-specific clinical manifestations,and low detection of pathogens and is easily misdiagnosed or missed in early stage.It is important for clinicians to strengthen the awareness of CM and improve the level of diagnosis and treatment.
