静脉中长导管综合管理在NICU患者中的应用观察

摘要

目的 研究NICU患者在使用静脉中长导管期间,应用标准评估、康复介入、液体管理等干预方法对并发症的影响.方法 将本院111例NICU符合置管指征的患者,统一进行综合管理方法,观察并发症的发生率.结果 111例患者,平均置人深度为25 ～ 30 cm,6例发生并发症,其中4例穿刺口渗液,占比3.61％,1例导管脱出,占比0.90％,1例血栓,占比0.90％.结论 通过对NICU患者置入静脉中长导管后的综合管理,置管后并发症的发生率、远低于报道水平,值得临床推广应用.%Objective To study the effect of standard assessment,rehabilitation intervention,fluid management and other intervention methods on complications in patients at NICU applying medial venous catheter (MVC).Methods 111 patients at the NICU of our hospital who met the indications of catheterization were uniformly comprehensively managed.The incidence of complications was observed.Results The average insertion depth was 25-30 cm in the 111 patients.Complications were found in 6 cases.Among them,4 cases showed exudation at puncture cite,accounting for 3.61％;one case had the catheter off,accounting for 0.90％;and one case got thrombus,accounting for 0.90％.Conclusion Comprehensive management for patients at NICU after the insertion of MVC,the incidence of post-cathetered complications is much lower than the reported level,so it is worth being clinically generalized.
