视频宣教模式在腰椎间盘突出患者功能锻炼中的应用

摘要

Objective To explore the effect of applying video education in the functional exercise of patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods 100 patients with lumbar disc herniation were divided into an observation group and a control group,50 for each group.The control group took traditional,oral,literal,and oneto-one health education.The observation group took concentration and individual education by seeing the standard functional exercise videos made by the department.The clinical efficacies of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate was 96.0% in the observation group and was 74.0% in the control group (P < 0.05).The satisfaction was 98.0% in the observation group and was 62.0% in the control group (P < 0.05).The scores of command of functional exercise action and dictation of the exercise key points and JOA score were (8.37±4.39),(8.95±4.63),and (6.83±5.79) in the observation group and were (5.19 ±3.56),(5.24 ±3.39),and (16.72±7.83)in the control group.Conclusion Applying video education in functional exercise of patients with lumbar disc hemiation,the patients can more easily command the exercises' methods and key points and do the exercises more standardizedly.%目的 探讨视频宣教模式在腰椎间盘突出患者功能锻炼中的应用效果.方法 随机将100例腰椎间盘突出患者分为观察组和对照组,各50例.对照组采用传统的口头、文字、一对一健康宣教模式进行.观察组采用科室制作的标准功能锻炼视频进行集中和个体宣教.观察改良日本骨科协会腰疼痛评分量表(JOA)、踝泵锻炼、股四头肌锻炼、五点腰背肌锻炼、“燕子飞”锻炼、腰托的佩戴方法的掌握程度和动作标准;比较两组治疗后临床效果.结果 观察组总有效率96.0%,高于对照组的74.0% (P<0.05);观察组护士对功能锻炼满意度98.0%,优于对照组的62.0%(P<0.05);观察组治疗后功能锻炼动作掌握评分(8.37±4.39),高于对照组的(5.19±3.56)(P<0.05);观察组治疗后功能锻炼要点口述掌握评分评分(8.95±4.63),高于对照组的(5.24±3.39)(P<0.05);观察组治疗后JOA评分(6.83±5.79),优于对照组的(16.72±7.83) (P<0.05).结论 视频宣教模式用于腰椎间盘突出患者功能锻炼中,患者更容易掌握功能锻炼的方法和要点,患者功能锻炼更标准化.
