口服新生化颗粒治疗清宫术后子宫出血的效果观察

摘要

目的 探讨口服新生化颗粒治疗清宫术后子宫出血的临床效果.方法 选择2015年1月至2016年12月本院妇产科收治的清宫术后子宫出血患者120例,按照数字表法随机分为对照组与观察组,各60例.对照组口服益母草胶囊治疗;观察组在对照组基础上口服新生化颗粒治疗,并比较两组临床效果.结果 治疗14d后,观察组患者子宫横径大小、子宫纵径大小、子宫内膜厚度大于对照组(f=6.170 3、8.054 1、5.863 5,均P＜0.05);观察组清宫术后出血量明显少于对照组(t=12.834 6,P＜0.05),术后出血持续时间显著少于对照组(t =7.915 4,P＜0.05).结论 口服新生化颗粒和益母草胶囊治疗清宫术后子宫出血疗效确切,可减少患者的痛苦,加速子宫复旧,显著降低子宫出血量及出血时间,有效缩短患者康复时间,值得在临床上推广.%Objective To investigate the clinical effect of oral Xinshenghua granule in the treatment of uterine bleeding after complete curettage of uterine cavity.Methods A total of 120 patients with uterine bleeding after complete curettage of uterine cavity treated at our department from January,2015 to December,2016 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using numerical table method,60 cases for each group.The control group orally took motherwort capsules,and the observation group motherwort capsules and Xinshenghua granules.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results After 14 days of treatment,the uterus size was larger,the uterus length longer,and the endometrium thickness thicker in the observation group than in the control group (t=6.170 3,8.054 1,and 5.863 5,P＜0.05).The postoperative bleeding volume was lower and the postoperative bleeding duration was shorter in the observation group than in the control group (t=12.834 6 and 7.915 4,P＜0.05).Conclusion Orally taking Xinshenghua granule and motherwort capsules for uterine bleeding after complete curettage of uterine cavity is effective and can reduce the patients' pain,accelerate uterine dilapidation,significantly decrease uterine bleeding volume and time,and effectively shorten the patients' recovery time,so it is worth being clinically generalized.
