肠道肿瘤3.0T磁共振临床研究与炎症鉴别

摘要

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of 3.0T magnetic resonance imaging (MR) in intestinal tumors and intestinal inflammation.Methods 72 cases of intestinal lesions in our hospital from April 2015 to December 2017 were selected as studying object.The patients were all diagnosed with 3.0T MR before surgery.And the postoperative pathological diagnosis,clinical and related laboratory results in few cases were used to define the diagnostic value of 3.0T MR in intestinal tumors and intestinal inflammation.Results MR examination was completed successfully,and satisfactory diagnostic images were obtained.Analysis data showed that the diagnostic sensitivity of 3.0T MR was 79.17％,the specificity was 95.83％,and the positive coincidence rate was 84.72％.Meanwhile,there were no statistically significant differences in the diagnosis of intestinal cancer,lymphoma,stromal tumors,inflammatory lesions,and benign hyperplasia between 3.0T MR and pathology (P＞0.05).Conclusion 3.0T MR has important diagnostic value in intestinal tumors and inflammatory diseases.%目的 探讨3.0T磁共振(MR)在肠道肿瘤和肠道炎症中的诊断价值.方法 选取2015年4月至2017年12月本院诊治肠道病变患者72例作为研究对象,术前患者均完善3.0T MR检查,以术后病理诊断为“金标准”,少部分病例结合临床及相关实验室结果诊断,判定3.0T MR在肠道肿瘤和肠道炎症中诊断价值差异.结果 患者均顺利完成检查并获得满意的诊断图像.3.0T MR诊断肠道肿瘤灵敏度为79.17％,特异性为95.83％,阳性符合率为84.72％.3.0T MR与病理在肠癌、淋巴瘤、间质瘤、炎性病变及良性增生中诊断差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 3.0T MR在肠道肿瘤和炎症疾病中均有重要诊断价值.
