心力衰竭患者的自我护理能力与机体功能状态的相关性

摘要

Objective To analyze the correlation between self-care ability and functional status in patients with heart failure.Methods From February,2015 to February,2017,128 cases of heart failure treated at our hospital were studied.The patients were investigated by ESCA scale and SAQ scale.The patients' self-care ability and body functional status were analyzed.Results The survey showed a recovery rate of 100％.Spearman's correlation analysis showed that body function correlated with health knowledge reserve,self-care ability,self-care skills,and self-concept but not with sense of responsibility.73.4％ patients' self-care ability was on a high level.51.6％ patients' body function was on a high level.Conclusions Self-care level correlates with body function in patients with heart failure.Nurses should strengthen self-care,confirm education,and improve patients' self-care level and mental function to promote the prognosis.%目的 分析心力衰竭患者的自我护理能力与机体功能状态的相关性.方法 择取2015年2月至2017年2月本院收治的128例心衰者为研究对象,通过ESCA量表及SAQ量表开展调查,分析自护能力与机体功能状态相关性.结果 本次问卷调查回收率为100.00％.经Spearman’s相关性分析,证实机体功能与健康知识储备度、自我护理能力、自护技能、自我概念相关,与责任感不相关.73.4％病患自护能力为高水平,51.6％病患机体功能为高水平.结论 心力衰竭病患自护水平与机体功能之间存在相关性,护±应通过强化自护证实教育方式,提升病患自护水平,积极改善其心理功能,促进疾病转归.
