消瘤颗粒治疗子宫肌瘤的临床分析

摘要

Objective To explore the clinical effect of tumor-eliminating granules for uterine fibroids.Methods 437 patients with uterine fibroids treated at our hospital from July,2014 to September,2016 were selected and randomly divided into a control group (217 cases) and an observation group (220 cases).The control group orally took Guizhi Fuling capsules,3 times/d,3 capsules/time and stopped medication during menstrual period.The observation group took tumor-eliminating granules,3 times/d,1 bag/time and stopped medication during menstrual period.4 weeks' treatemnt is one treatment course and both groups were treated 3-4 courses.The treatment effects were observed and compared in both groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment was higher in the observation group than in the control group [99.1％ (218/220) vs.63.6％ (138/217)],with a statistical difference (P ＜ 0.05).There were no statistical difference in uterine size and uterine fibroids between the two groups before and after treatment (P ＞ 0.05).No related abnormality occurred during the treatment in the two groups (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusions Tumor-eliminating granules for uterine fibroids is effective and can obviously improve the patients' clinical symptoms and quality of life.%目的 探讨消瘤颗粒治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果.方法 选取本院2014年7月至2016年9月收治的437例子宫肌瘤患者,随机将其分为对照组(217例)和观察组(220例).对照组口服桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗,3次/d,3粒/次,在经期时停止用药;观察组则使用消瘤颗粒进行治疗,3次/d,每次服用1袋,在经期停止用药;患者治疗4周为1个疗程,均治疗3-4个疗程.观察比较两组治疗有效率.结果 观察组治疗总有效率为99.1％(218/220),明显高于对照组的63.6％(138/217),差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05);治疗前后两组患者子宫大小、子宫肌瘤瘤体比较并无明显变化(均P＞ 0.05);两组患者治疗过程均无相关指标异常出现(均P＞ 0.05).结论 消瘤颗粒治疗子宫肌瘤效果显著,可明显改善患者临床症状,提升患者生活质量.
