药物脱敏剂的分类及其在牙体修复中的应用

摘要

Vital teeth often appear sensitive after crown preparation. Clinically, it is common to use dentinal desensitizer relieving the symptoms. While some compositions in desensitizer can affect the bonding between dentin and bonding agent, they can influence the retention of the restoration to some extent. This article summarized the classification mechanisms of the desensitizer, and discussed its application in dental restoration.%活髓牙牙体预备后患者常出现敏感症状，临床上多使用脱敏剂来缓解症状，但药物脱敏剂中的某些成分可能影响牙本质与粘接剂之间的粘接，对修复体的固位力有一定影响。本文将根据脱敏剂的脱敏机制对其进行分类，并就其在牙体修复中的应用作一综述。
